The annual conference offers sessions across Ross Special Interest Groups, including the Chemicals, Metals & Natural Products, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences and Services industries; including special Focus Groups revolving around Finance, Technology and Operations. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Ross product experts, as well as their peers from other customer companies.

Danielle O’Connor is currently the Corporate Controller for Kettle Cuisine, a coast-to-coast manufacturer of handcrafted, small batch, all natural soups. Prior to Kettle Cuisine, Danielle was the Assistant Controller for Dancing Deer Baking Company, where she started her breadth of experience in food manufacturing facilities. Danielle joined Kettle Cuisine as Cost Accounting Manager, but soon was promoted to Controller after demonstrating her knowledge of the function, industry, overall business acumen and leadership abilities. All of this was accomplished while guiding the business through growth, changes in ownership and reorganizations of the business.

Danielle has also been a major contributor and partner through several software implementations and the building of a state of the art factory. Danielle puts emphasis on sustainable processes and systems and the building and development of a talented team to ensure company compliance. Based on her success, she was a participant of the KC ERP research and ROSS implementation team in 2013, and has since been striving to utilize as much of the system as possible to automate the monotonous but necessary tasks along the way. With a strong belief in a network that fosters collective efforts towards continuous improvement of functional processes.

Danielle became a member of the Aptean Finance SIG committee in 2015, and a ROSS Focus Group leader in 2017. Danielle received her BS in accounting from Northeastern University and her MBA from Bentley University.
